Santorini Spoon is preparing to open a new location in Chattanooga’s West Village in December 2026, adding a Greek-inspired frozen yogurt and sorbet concept to the downtown district. The upcoming storefront was announced by West Village Chattanooga in an Instagram post, which confirmed the arrival but did not disclose an exact street address or a specific opening date.
The business will introduce a selection of Greek frozen yogurt, fruit sorbets and Mediterranean-inspired toppings to the neighborhood. West Village described the addition as an opportunity to bring something different to its growing dining and retail mix.
According to the company’s official website, its frozen yogurt is made using kefir, live probiotic cultures and fresh milk. The shop’s yogurt is gluten-free and made with pasteurized whole milk sourced from cows not treated with rBST.
The menu also features fruit-based sorbets, which are dairy-free, fat-free and gluten-free. Customers can customize their desserts with toppings that include baklava crumbs, pistachio Chantilly cream, Amarena cherries, pomegranate, granola, fresh fruit and nuts. Other options include chocolate sauce, Rocher, olive oil and sea salt flakes, offering combinations that extend beyond traditional frozen yogurt toppings.
Santorini Spoon currently operates at 260 Broad St. NW in Cleveland, Tennessee. Its website describes the business as a concept inspired by European flavors and Mediterranean food traditions, with an emphasis on quality ingredients and its signature tart Greek yogurt.
The West Village location will extend the concept’s presence into Chattanooga, placing it within a downtown district that combines restaurants, hotels, shopping and other neighborhood experiences. The development’s official website highlights its mix of dining and retail destinations as part of its wider downtown offering.
While December 2026 is the announced arrival timeline, the exact storefront address and opening date have not yet been publicly confirmed.
