The new location will expand the restaurant’s existing presence in Southern California. Niku Sushi currently operates in Anaheim, where it offers both à la carte dining and an all-you-can-eat (AYCE) option.

According to the company’s website, its menu features a selection of freshly prepared sushi, sashimi, specialty rolls, and hot kitchen dishes. Guests can choose from different Japanese-inspired offerings, including appetizers and cooked dishes alongside its sushi selections.

The Anaheim restaurant’s menu includes nigiri, sashimi, tempura rolls, baked rolls, and specialty combinations. It also serves gyoza, takoyaki, and baked green mussels.

The District’s announcement identifies Niku Sushi as one of its upcoming dining additions. According to the Orange County Register, the Tustin restaurant is targeting a November 2026 opening in the former RA Sushi space. An exact opening date and the new location’s complete menu have not yet been announced.

The District at Tustin Legacy is an open-air shopping and dining destination featuring restaurants, retail stores, and entertainment options.
