AB’s BBQ Fusion is working on opening its first brick-and-mortar restaurant. According to a Clark County permit, the beloved BBQ eatery is expected to open at 3318 E Flamingo Rd, Suite 4D.

The address is in the Paradise/East Las Vegas area, in the Renaissance III Shopping Center (also known as Paradise Valley East or Renaissance 3 Center), at the northwest corner of East Flamingo Road and South Pecos Road. The opening is already listed as “coming soon” on the brand’s website and social media pages.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to owner Aaron “AB” Brown, who was listed on the permit. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.

“If you’ve been rocking with me on Smokin’ and Grillin’ with AB, you already know I’m all about good food and taking the mystery out of cooking. Now I’m bringing those flavors to AB’s BBQ Fusion right here in Las Vegas,” the Smokin’ and Grillin’ website reads.

“We’re bringing together slow-smoked BBQ, Southern comfort food, and bold Cajun and Creole flavors. And Southern hospitality is at the heart of it. I want you to feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door, whether you’ve followed me for years or this is your first taste of what we do.”

AB’s BBQ Fusion is an extension of the popular culinary brand Smokin’ and Grillin‘ with AB, created by chef and content creator Aaron “AB” Brown. Brown grew up in South Los Angeles and learned traditional cooking, grilling, and smoking techniques from his great-grandmother, grandmother, mother, and grandfather.

He launched his Smokin’ and Grillin’ with AB platform in 2017 and grew it into a massive media presence with millions of subscribers across YouTube and Facebook, focused on Southern soul food, BBQ, Cajun dishes, and cast-iron cooking. AB transitioned his digital recipes into a physical food truck and trailer concept in the Las Vegas Valley.

The mobile operation has served slow-smoked meats, double smash burgers, hot link-loaded sandwiches, fried catfish, and Southern sides across the Las Vegas area, including the Roadhouse Casino parking lot at 2100 N. Boulder Hwy in Henderson, NV.

Now the brand is opening its first storefront, and it’s chosen the Las Vegas Valley as home.
