Founded in New York City by native New Orleanians, Crew Hospitality has been selected to develop and operate a new restaurant and bar inside the pavilion at Goldring Woldenberg Riverfront Park. Led by New Orleans natives Alex and Miles Pincus, the group will manage the pavilion venue while overseeing food and beverage service for festivals and events along the riverside park. Seemingly drawing inspiration from the team’s acclaimed Manhattan concept Drift-In— known for its sun-drenched space and fresh coastal seafood — the upcoming venue is expected to offer a vibrant mix of maritime-inspired design and elevated fare. The group is aiming for a spring 2027 opening. When reached by What Now New Orleans, representatives for Crew Hospitality declined to provide comment, for now.

The venture marks the latest hometown project for the Pincus brothers, who built a national reputation with waterfront projects in New York City. Crew has also recently made forays here in the Crescent City. What Now New Orleans previously reported on the group’s cocktail bar concept, Holywater, which is now open in the French Quarter.
