Furniture brand 7th Avenue is preparing to open a new showroom at Westfield Topanga in Canoga Park by the end of January 2027, marking another step in its expansion across Southern California. Clary Groen, the company’s vice president of real estate, confirmed the timeline to What Now Los Angeles.
The upcoming store will bring the Los Angeles-based brand to the Westfield shopping center, where customers will be able to explore its collection of contemporary modular furniture.
7th Avenue specializes in modular sofas designed to adapt to different living spaces. Its collection includes sectional sofas, ottomans and outdoor seating, with configurable layouts and a range of fabric options.
The brand also offers performance materials designed to resist stains and repel water, along with removable, machine-washable covers.
Groen said the new showroom will follow the same design as the brand’s existing locations, without any particular features that distinguish it from other stores. However, the company sees an opportunity in the surrounding trade area.
“We’re really excited about opening at Westfield Topanga,” Groen told What Now Los Angeles.
The company believes its products will appeal to local consumers looking for a particular combination of style and functionality.
“These consumers desire a clean, minimalist, high-end aesthetic paired with the functionality of our stain-resistant, water-repellent performance fabrics,” Groen said.
The Topanga opening is part of the company’s continued growth in Southern California. Groen also confirmed that 7th Avenue is planning a showroom at Westfield UTC, covered by What Now San Diego.
