Japan-based Kula Revolving Sushi Bar is expanding to Georgia with a location in Doraville.

The conveyor belt sushi concept will be situated in the Super H Mart complex, at 6035 Peachtree Road, company spokesperson Tatsuo Fabio Fukuda Tuesday in an email told What Now Atlanta.

“Our Japanese revolving sushi restaurant chain is constantly expanding in the United States,” Fukuda said. “Today, we are known for the hottest sushi restaurant in town…”

Kula Doraville, the restaurant chain’s thirteenth location in the United States (12 locations in California and Texas), is slated to debut July 17.

Kula will offer kaiten-zushi (“rotation sushi”) daily, serving lunch and dinner in a space that can accommodate 150. As plates of nigiri and rolls travel on a conveyor belt past tables, guests grab what they’d like.

Aside from sushi, the restaurant’s menu includes 130 items like tonkotsu ramen, and will serve sake and bottled Japanese beer.
