Moores Mill is getting a Tropical Smoothie.

The health-conscious quick-service franchise will open in suite 100 of the Publix-anchored shopping center, at 2275 Marietta Blvd NW.

Construction for the forthcoming 1,598-square-foot Tropical Smoothie could cost $180,000, according to plans recently submitted to the City.

Tropical Smoothie is the first-known restaurant slated for the center’s first phase.

Existing tenants include CVS Pharmacy, Lush Nail Bar, and UPS.

Two retail spaces remain, according to the center’s latest site plan.

A second phase is planned for the year-old Moores Mill.

Phase Two calls for more retail and a block of residential.

  • I know there are naysayers, but you do not need to put upper westside in quotes. It is the name of the area. Own it!
