Estrellita, a new Filipino eatery, could open in Grant Park later this year.

Co-Owners Hope Webb and Walter Cortado have filed plans to buildout Estrellita in the Paces Properties retail strip that houses Manny’s, at 580 Woodward Avenue.

The restaurant would be situated in Suite A.

A conservative opening timeline would be 160 days from today, Webb in an email Tuesday told What Now Atlanta.

“Grant Park has a magnetism that we really enjoy,” Webb said.

“It has both the convenience and walkability of an urban environment but still maintains the quaint neighborhood feel.”

Estrellita would serve Filipino cuisine featuring family recipes from Pampanga, the “culinary capital” of the Philippines.

In addition to the newly-opened Manny’s, the retail center is also home to Jimmy John’s.
