The University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus will soon be home to Tigerbelly’s, a new Korean restaurant from Belly’s Group, the restaurant company behind the innovative Boba Robo and Gopizza brands.

What Now Las Vegas reached out by phone to owner Yen Kim this week. Kim was not available to comment at this time.

Described on the Belly’s Group website as “Creative Korean Food,” the restaurant’s menu details remain otherwise scarce for the moment, with the exception of two clues: photos on the restaurant’s website picturing ramen and bibimbap.

The company also owns and operates Tiger Belly Food Truck, although the connection with the Tigerbelly’s project is unknown.

The location at 4505 S Maryland Pkwy sits comfortably within the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus, not far from Book n Beans. Students passing from the Thomas & Mack Center to Lied Library will soon be able to stop and enjoy Creative Korean Food at Tigerbelly’s.

Tigerbelly’s opening date and hours of operation are not known at this time.
