Valley View Blvd will soon be home to a new project from Julia’s Oven.

Julia’s Oven began when executive chef Julia Toy made the change to a vegan and gluten free lifestyle and began producing baked goods for people with a similar diet. As the business grew, it began operating out of a commercial kitchen on St. Rose Parkway.

The baked good company runs the Julia’s Oven pop-up shop, and its baked goods—always vegan and gluten free—can be found in coffee shops throughout Las Vegas. Its offerings include its Coconut Macaroon, Lemon Bar with Strawberry Jam, and Tiramisu Mousse.

Julia’s Oven LLC has since filed paperwork for the address at 6380 S Valley View Blvd Suite 102. It is unknown whether this new project will be a conventional bakery with dine in space. Given that the location was previously occupied by a Munch a Sub sandwich shop, there is reason to suspect it may be Julia’s Oven’s first foray into the restaurant space.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to Julia Toy by phone on Thursday. Toy was unavailable for comment at this time, but further details are expected to follow.

The new location is at the intersection of Valley View Blvd and W Post Road.
