Home-grown Las Vegas seafood restaurant Catchers Fish House will soon reopen at a new location on Charleston Blvd.

The news comes after the restaurant’s original location at 900 Karen Ave closed earlier this year. In the past few weeks, the restaurant has filed paperwork to open at a new address.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars on yelp, Catchers Fish House serves a variety of fried fish, including its Snapper Basket, Catfish basket, and Shrimp basket; sandwiches like its Shrimp Po Boy, Chicken Strip Sandwich, and Lobster Roll Basket; and tacos with proteins like chicken, shrimp, and catfish. Sides include baked mac and cheese, corn, fries, lime rice, and Hawaiian rolls, with banana pudding for dessert.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to owner Maurice Smith by phone this week. Smith was unavailable for comment.

The new location is at 6300 W Charleston Blvd #170, formerly occupied by ChiAm Restaurant, with nearby eateries including Denny’s and Blue Hen Chicken Co.

The restaurant’s reopening date is unknown at this time.
