Good Old Chicken, a new restaurant making its way to the Rhodes Ranch area, will open soon on W Warm Springs Road.

Behind the upcoming restaurant is Andy Ko, a local restaurateur and entrepreneur whose other projects include The Sparklings, a classy-yet-affordable Italian restaurant serving salads, sandwiches, and entrees like Chicken Piccata and Filet Mignon alongside Korean style chicken on Rainbow Blvd.

Good Old Kitchen LLC recently filed paperwork for the Good Old Chicken project at 8130 W Warm Springs Rd. The restaurant’s projected opening date is unknown.

Details on Good Old Chicken’s menu, branding, and hours of operation remain scarce at this time. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Andy Ko by phone this week; Ko was unavailable for comment.

The space on W Warm Springs Rd, near the San Martin Campus of St. Rose Dominican Hospital, is located in a small retail and dining center between S Cimarron Rd and Myers St. The business center is also home to eateries like Soda Therapy, Born and Raised Las Vegas, and Winchell’s Donut House.
