The shopping and dining locations at 4455 E Tropicana Ave will soon welcome Ramirez Bakery into their community.

The bakery is a new project from Las Vegas local Jessica Gutierez. Gutierez confirmed the news of the restaurant’s opening in a Friday morning phone call with Las Vegas and said the details of the bakery’s menu were not firmly established yet.

Gutierez was unable to comment further on the restaurant’s branding and location.

The space at 4455 E Tropicana Ave Suite D was previously occupied by Golden Cake, a cake shop rated 4/5 on Yelp that provided custom cake and beverages to guests. The location is part of a small cluster of shops and restaurants between Philmar Ave and Pearlite Ave.

Ramirez Bakery will operate alongside businesses like Check City, Martha’s Alterations and Party Supplies, Western Union, and Tacos El Compita, a Mexican restaurant serving tacos, tortas, quesadillas and other favorites with proteins like carnitas, chicken, and lengua.

Ramirez Bakery’s opening date remains unknown at this time.
