The popular plant-based Mexican restaurant Tacotarian is on track to become the vegan restaurant with the most locations in Las Vegas, with a new outpost opening on Blue Diamond Road in Q2 of 2022, according to coverage on veganbaby.com.

With almost twenty different varieties of tacos, the restaurant came into instant fame when its first location opened on Fort Apache Rd in 2018. Open for lunch and dinner on weekdays, Tacotarian also serves Mexican favorites like burritos, flautas, with a number of plant-based protein options, along with soups, salads and desserts.

The restaurant offers brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends and provides catering services for special events.

Each location offers a broad choice of drinks, including a variety of specialty margaritas and horchata. The location in the Arts District famously received a visit from Vice President Kamala Harris in March.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to Co-Owner Dan Simmons in the past weeks. Simmons was unavailable for comment on the news.
