Salad and Go, a wholesome fast food chain with locations in Arizona and Texas, is planning to expand into Nevada with a new location in Clark County. The restaurant recently filed paperwork with the county for a 1132 sq.-ft. one-story metal frame building with a drive thru.

The application describes a drive-thru/pickup location without interior dine-in space. It does not contain an address for the building described.

Salad and Go’s Arizona locations offer nine different salads, including Cobb, Caprese, Greek, Buffalo Chicken, and Jalapeño Ranch. These same flavor options can also be ordered as wraps. A Chicken and Sausage Gumbo is also featured.

The menu also offers a variety of breakfast burritos, including Traditional, Fiesta, and Southwest, and a kid’s-size salad and Protein Box.

In addition to all this, Salad and Go offers its selection of signature beverages, such as its Organic Cold Brew, Organic Mango Tea, Cucumber Mint Lemonade, and Apple Spice Lemonade.

Details on the move are scarce, and the location and timeline for construction remain unknown. What is clear is that Las Vegas’s market for healthy fast-casual food is itself as healthy as ever.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to Chief Development Officer Matthew Copenhaver by phone this week. Copenhaver was unavailable for comment.
