Tea House Brand Tea Maison Expanding with Second Location in Silverado Ranch

The local boba restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh brewed teas and add-ons

Las Vegas’s own Tea Maison will soon expand to a second location, with a new outlet opening in Silverado Ranch. The company recently filed a building permit for construction at 9770 S Maryland Pkwy, with an estimated budget of $125,000.

The Tea Maison location on Spring Mountain Rd offers a broad menu of teas and slushes that will tempt any boba tea lover. Its slate of fresh brewed teas include Oolong Tea, White Peach Tea, Passion Fruit Green Tea, and more. Guests looking for milk teas can choose from options like Taro Milk Tea, Assam Milk Tea, Ceylong Milk Tea, and Okinawa Milk Tea.

The restaurant is also popular for its slushes, like its Matcha Red Bean Slush, the Hokkaido Slush, and the Taro Slush.

Drinks can be customized with add-ons like the ever-popular boba pearls and many other choices, including Honey Boba, Tiramisu Foam, Oreo Crunchies, and Coconut Sago.

The location on Maryland Pkwy is part of a highly-trafficked retail center near the intersection with Silverado Ranch Blvd. The building currently houses Yanni’s Gyros and Sushi Mon, with nearby eateries including Kogi Korean BBQ & Seafood Hot Pot, Teriyaki Madness, and Shàng Miàn.

No opening date for the new location has been announced. What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Tea Maison for comment.
