After rumors surfaced last year of a Martha Stewart restaurant concept coming to Las Vegas, news has finally broken of The Bedford by Martha Stewart, a new dining experience described in a recent press release as “a fully-immersive restaurant concept designed to bring Martha’s famed country farmhouse in Bedford, NY, to life.” The restaurant will open at Paris Las Vegas this spring.
“Martha Stewart is one of the most celebrated voices in hospitality, and we are truly honored that she’s chosen Paris Las Vegas as the home for her very first restaurant,” Jason Gregorec, SVP and General Manager of Paris Las Vegas, said in the press release.
The Bedford by Martha Stewart will be designed by Stewart herself. It will seat 194 people, giving guests an intimate experience of the hospitality with which Martha Stewart entertains at home, in the country house where she is known for her aesthetic of “bringing the outdoors in.”
The restaurant will offer a seasonal dinner menu, weekend brunch, and special holiday menus that promise “exceptional quality and creativity,” with signature dishes sourced from local purveyors like the Las Vegas Farmers Market, Dartagnan Inc., Urbani Truffles, Roe Caviar, and more.
“Our menu will be delicious, depicting the very same kinds of foods I serve my friends and family,” Stewart said. “Dining at The Bedford will be immersive, fun, unexpected, and utterly delectable.”
The Bedford by Martha Stewart will be part of an exciting roster of new dining concepts at Paris Las Vegas, including Lisa Vanderpump’s Vanderpump à Paris and a new Nobu restaurant and lounge.
