News emerged late last year that Wingstop, a Texas-born chicken wing mega-chain with more than 1,500 locations worldwide, would open a location at Red Rock Casino. Paperwork filed recently with Clark County reveals that the chain will also open a location at Boulder Station Hotel and Casino, with the same estimated construction budget of $180,000.
Wingstop offers buffalo wings, thighs, and tenders with a wide range of sauce choices that include Hawaiian, Atomic, Spicy Korean Q, Mango Habanero, and Hawaiian. Varieties like Mild, Garlic Parmesan, and Lemon Pepper are available for guests who prefer to avoid spice but still want to pack in the flavor.
Wingstop’s sides include fries, Cajun Fried Corn, Veggie Sticks, and Freshly Baked Rolls. For dessert: a Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie.
At Boulder Station Casino, Wingstop will join an impressive roster of dining destinations, including kitchen and bar space The Brass Fork, Mexican restaurant Guadalajara, and Slices Pizzeria, along with bars like Brewers Bar, Kixx Bar, and Havana Cigar Bar & Lounge.
Located 4111 Boulder Highway, Boulder Station Hotel and Casino is located 6 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. No opening date is available for its Wingstop location.
