With 18 locations currently operating in Las Vegas, Dutch Bros Coffee is becoming a fixture of the city, with its streamlined locations and “killer coffee.” The coffee chain’s footprint is set to grow, as paperwork recently submitted to Clark County shows plans to construct a brand-new coffee shop at 2830 S Nellis Blvd, with an estimated budget of $250,000.
The coffee chain began as a pushcart in Grants Pass, Oregon, in 1992 and has since grown to more than 500 locations in 11 states. Dutch Bros offers a variety of coffee and tea drinks, along with branded drinks like the Dutch Freeze and the Dutch Bros Blue Rebel. Currently featured drinks include an iced Nitro Cold Brew; the Birthday Cake Frost with almond roca, white chocolate, and confetti sprinkles; and the hot Golden Eagle (vanilla & caramel breve w/ caramel drizzle).
The Nellis location is situated just to the north of the intersection with E Vegas Valley Dr, across Nellis Blvd from Vegas Valley Plaza, a small retail center anchored by an Albertson’s and home to a variety of eateries, including China Passion, L&L Hawaiian BBQ, and Roberto’s Taco Shop.
What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Dutch Bros for comment on the new location. No opening date has been announced.
