Snooze, an all-day breakfast, brunch, and lunch eatery, is planned for the Toll Brothers’ under-construction Osprey building in West Midtown, the Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported (paywall).

According to plans filed with the City, the restaurant will use roughly $700,000 to build-out its 3,663-square-foot unit carving away a sizable portion of the 30,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space available at the building.

What Now Atlanta (WNA) first got wind of the Denver-based company’s intentions to enter the Atlanta market when plans for a yet-to-be open Sandy Springs outpost in the Gateway development were unveiled mid-2019.

Coffee-based cocktails, morning margaritas, and more combinations round out the beverage offerings.

Brothers Jon and Adam Schlegel founded the Snooze brand in Denver, in 2006.

The brand now has more than 40 locations throughout the U.S., including Arizona, California, Colorado, and Texas.

Either outpost in Sandy Springs or West Midtown would be Georgia’s first.

Snooze representatives did not immediately respond to WNA requests for comment.
