Architecture firm joins Mailchimp, Athenaheath, Cardlytics and more at Old Fourth Ward redevelopment project.

The SLAM Collaborative, an architecture firm with offices in Atlanta, Boston, Glastonbury, and Syracuse, is the latest company to join the growing roster of office tenants at Ponce City Market (PCM.)

The architecture firm submitted a building permit application to City of Atlanta Monday for commercial alterations at the Old Fourth Ward redevelopment project.

SLAM will relocate its existing Atlanta offices, at 1123 Zonolite Road NE, to PCM, an employee at the architectural firm told What Now Atlanta (WNA) in a telephone interview Tuesday.

The company will occupy 6,451 square feet, and an estimated $500,000 will be spent on the buildout of SLAM’s future PCM home, according to the permit application.

SLAM joins MailChimp, Surber, Barber, Choate & Hertlein (SBCH), Athenaheath, Cardlytics and others at PCM.
