Paris Baguette is opening its newest bakery café in Alpharetta. The opening marks the brand’s growing presence in Georgia. It will be owned by Layne Alkaasamani and is her second Georgia café.

Paris Baguette to Open New Location This Month

Paris Baguette is expanding its presence in Georgia with a new opening on September 16. The bakery café will be located at 4119 Lake Street in Alpharetta. The opening adds to Paris Baguette’s growing presence in the Atlanta area.

The new bakery café will be operated by Brazilian-born pastry chef and franchisee Layne Alkaasamani. She trained in Switzerland and opened her first Paris Baguette location in Kennesaw. She is also planning to open two or three more locations across the state.

Alkaasamani said she was drawn to the brand’s neighborhood bakery concept. She said, “I’m looking forward to bringing that to Alpharetta and giving people a place to come in, enjoy fresh pastries, artisan breads, and coffee, and spend time together. I want this café to feel like part of the community and be a place our guests enjoy coming back to.”

The brand currently operates nine locations across Georgia. This includes stores in Atlanta, Buford, Duluth, Athens, and Savannah.

What to Expect at the New Location

The Alpharetta location is expected to follow Paris Baguette’s typical bakery-café format. It will offer freshly baked pastries and breads, croissants, and other French-inspired pastries. The menu will include pastries, breads, croissants, cakes, coffee, sandwiches, and other café items.

Customers can also look forward to some favorite menu items, including the strawberry soft cream cake, strawberry croissant, chocolate supreme croissant, pain au chocolat, and more. They can also expect other items such as NY-style cheesecake, red velvet cake, and Paris Baguette Crookie, which is a newer-style pastry combining a croissant and cookie.

The new Paris Baguette café will bring the brand’s French-inspired menu offerings to Alpharetta. It will also mark another step in the brand’s expansion across Georgia.
