It brings the spirit of the Japanese Shōwa-era supper experience, creating an elegant ambiance. The name “Koshu” refers to intentionally aged sake, and “Club” captures the energetic vibe that guests can expect. The restaurant is located at 99 West Paces Ferry Road NW. The menu at Koshu Club blends traditional Japanese (washoku) with Western-influenced Japanese (yoshoku) dishes. These are captured in modern dishes with a focus on high-quality seafood and premium meats like wagyu.

The items at the restaurant are cooked using the sumibiyaki method. In this, the ingredients are slow-grilled over charcoal to bring out the rich flavor. Guests choose to stop in for drinks and small bites or enjoy a full meal at the restaurant.

The beverage program includes a deep sake list that is curated by two in-house sake sommeliers. CHG Beverage Director Nicolas Quiñones brings the best drinks to the restaurant, which guests can enjoy with the food.
