Highness Cuisine, a new fine dining establishment that’s currently in the permitting and building application process, will open in the space formerly occupied by The G.O.A.T, at 2200 Cheshire Bridge Rd, according to a building permit application filed with the city.

During a brief phone conversation with What Now Atlanta, a managing partner of the restaurant confirmed the news, but stopped short of providing any further details given how early they are in the process, explaining that more concrete details won’t be available for at least a few more months.

According to the building permit application reviewed by What Now Atlanta, the space sits at nearly 6,500 square feet, and houses an occupancy of around 270 people, complete with a general dining area and VIP room.

Incidentally, What Now Atlanta broke the news of The G.O.A.T back in December 2019. Similarly, the team behind both projects also owns and operates the Mediterranean seafood restaurant and hookah bar, Octopus Kitchen.
