A local Italian eatery is cooking up another location.
Vendetti’s Pizza, Pasta & Grill is bringing their third location to the Mall of Georgia.
Cindy and Luis Mendoza opened Vendetti’s Pizza, Pasta & Grill in Cumming in early 2020. In addition to that original location, Vendetti’s is also the restaurant partner at NoFo Brew Co in Gainesville.
The Vendetti’s menu includes whole pizzas and pizza by the slice, specialty pasta dishes, wings, salads and sandwiches, along with shareable dishes like garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, zucchini sticks and calamari.
“We’re proud to serve up a plethora of Italian favorites, prepared with high-quality ingredients and served fresh for your satisfaction,” according to the website. “Our dough is made in-house daily, and our pasta dishes include the choicest spices and seasonings we can find.”
The restaurant recently announced that they are hiring for all positions at the new Buford location.
Cindy Mendoza told What Now Atlanta they plan to be open in winter 2024.
