Middle Eastern restaurant Bezoria Duluth has been sold to new owners who plan to flip it into a new concept. Saucy Shrimp Shack will take over the 1,800-square-foot space at 2131 Pleasant Hill Rd, Suite 153.

Steve Josovitz of the Shumacher Group represented the seller and Irving Jacobson of the Shumacher Group represented the buyer in the transaction.

From Statesboro, owners James Baek and Adam Tsang are bringing Saucy Shrimp Shack to life. The concept will offer an affordable, seafood-based menu.

Baek is also behind other local restaurants, including Won Kitchen in Chamblee.

The space has seating capacity for 66 and a counter service setup.

It is unclear when Saucy Shrimp Shack will open. What Now Atlanta has reached out to Baek for additional information.
