West Midtown development Westside Paper is adding a new retail tenant to its lineup. Columbus-based Luxe Redux Bridal will take a 3,000-square-foot ground-floor space, according to a release.
The spot, slated to open in September, will mark the brand’s 15th location and the first in Georgia. Founder Lindsay Fork launched Luxe Redux 15 years ago. Existing locations include Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Detroit, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Nashville, Orlando, Pittsburgh, San Antonio, St. Louis and Toledo. There is also a location expected to open soon in Charlotte.
Luxe Redux Bridal specializes in offering an affordable bridal shopping experience, with off-the-rack designer wedding dresses at up to 90% off and items from Luxe Redux’s private label Luxe Privée. Brides can book one-on-one appointments at the boutiques with stylists to enhance the shopping experience.
Other new leases at Westside Paper include a 33,000-square-foot office space for sustainable packaging company Packsize, a 23,000-square-foot office space for Construction Resources and a 10,000-square-foot office space for technology company Disguise.
“Leasing 70,000 square feet in this environment sends a clear signal about where demand is flowing,” Chris Faussemagne with Westbridge, the developer behind Westside Paper, said in the release. “Companies are prioritizing well-located, wellness-focused, character-rich buildings that offer access to talent, amenities and BeltLine trail access. Westside Paper checks those boxes, and the velocity we’re seeing reflects a broader rebound in Atlanta’s office market, particularly for differentiated, high-quality assets in West Midtown.”
