The growing healthy fast-casual chain Salad & Go is moving into Manor, according to recent public records. The store will be located within a new standalone construction at 10800 E. US 290 Hwy, near Casa Garcia’s and McDonald’s.
“Salad and Go is on a mission to make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable for all,” the official website states.
Salad & Go’s simple menu consists largely of salads and wraps inspired by a range of international cuisines — customers may choose greek, italian, or thai-inspired salads, for example, with either tofu or chicken as the protein base.
Unlike many salad-based chain, Salad & Go offers hot breakfast — burritos and bowls — along with cold brew and “house-made” lemonade.
Public records estimate construction on the 824 square foot site to start up in December and wrap up by April 2024.
