According to public filings, Little Caesars Pizza plans to open a new location at 3920 Williams Dr., Suite 107, inside Deer Haven Commercial in Georgetown.
Little Caesars is the third-largest pizza chain in the United States. Its menu centers on pepperoni and cheese pizzas, deep-dish pizzas, Crazy Bread, and specialty pies, with the brand’s Pretzel Crust and Thin & Crispy options among its popular offerings in recent years.
What Now Austin reached out to Rishad Rajabali, president and CEO of The Rajabali Group, which operates the Deer Haven location, to inquire about the opening timeline but did not receive a response prior to press time.
Rajabali already operates a Little Caesars in downtown Georgetown, which reopened in September 2025 following a fire that had closed the store nearly three years earlier, according to Community Impact. The Williams Drive location would give Rajabali a second Little Caesars in Georgetown. Rajabali also opened a Little Caesars in Arlington in October 2025, according to a Patch report.
Little Caesars has more than 4,000 locations across all 50 states and more than 25 countries. Founded in Detroit in 1959 by Mike and Marian Ilitch, the brand built its name on value and convenience through its Hot-N-Ready model, which allows customers to walk in and pick up a pizza without waiting.
The Williams Drive opening adds to a wave of Little Caesars expansion What Now has tracked across Texas. What Now Austin recently reported on a planned North Austin location, while What Now Dallas covered a new Fort Worth location. What Now San Antonio has also reported on the brand’s growth in South Texas, including planned locations in Schertz and Leon Valley, the brand’s first location in that specific San Antonio-area community.
