One of the country’s most recognizable pizza chains is coming to North Austin’s Parmer Lane corridor. According to public filings, Little Caesars Pizza plans to open at 2121 W. Parmer Lane, Suite 104, with a construction completion date targeted for late November 2026.
Little Caesars is the third-largest pizza chain in the United States, the menu centers on pepperoni and cheese pizzas, deep dish, Crazy Bread, and specialty pies, with the brand’s Pretzel Crust and Thin & Crispy options among its most popular additions in recent years.
Little Caesars’ Parmer Lane location will be operated by Rasik Pizza LLC, the franchisee behind the project. What Now Austin reached out to managing member Mitul Gohel to inquire about the opening timeline, but did not receive a response prior to publication.
The Parmer Lane opening continues a wave of Texas expansion What Now has tracked closely. What Now Dallas has reported on planned locations in Mansfield, and Tarrant County, where the franchise group behind the project, The Rajabali Group, was set to open a 910-square-foot location. What Now San Antonio has also covered the brand’s growth in South Texas, including planned locations in New Braunfels, and Leon Valley, the brand’s first in that specific San Antonio-area community.
