Little Caesars is preparing to expand its presence in New Braunfels with a new restaurant planned for Alyssa Way, according to recently filed construction records with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The new location is slated for 2286 Alyssa Way, Suite 105, New Braunfels, TX 78123, where plans call for a 1,200-square-foot interior finish-out for a Little Caesars Pizza restaurant. State filings indicate construction is expected to begin in September 2026 and conclude by November 2026, with an estimated project cost of $250,000.

Project documents describe the development as a privately funded renovation that will transform the space into a new Little Caesars restaurant. The property is owned by Juniper Ventures of Texas LLC, while Rene Jackson is listed as the tenant. Design work is being handled by Provident Air Conditioning and Heating Inc.

Once complete, the restaurant is expected to offer Little Caesars’ signature menu, including its Hot-N-Ready pizzas, Detroit-style Deep!Deep! Dish pizzas, Crazy Bread, wings, stuffed crust pizzas and a variety of sides for carryout and online ordering.

An official opening date has not yet been announced, and it remains unclear whether the restaurant will feature any location-specific amenities beyond the brand’s standard restaurant format.

What Now San Antonio reached out to the project team for additional information regarding the upcoming restaurant, including its anticipated opening timeline, hiring plans and what customers can expect. This article may be updated as more information becomes available.
