Domino’s Pizza is preparing to expand its footprint in South Texas with a new location planned for Yoakum, according to recently filed state construction records with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The new restaurant is slated for 304 W. Grand Ave., Suite C, Yoakum, TX 77995, where plans call for a 2,125-square-foot interior build-out. State filings indicate construction is expected to begin in May 2026 and wrap up by October 2026, with an estimated investment of $200,000.

Project documents describe the development as a privately funded interior build-out for a new Domino’s Pizza restaurant. The tenant is listed as Tim McBride, while the property is owned by LOBO Street LLC. The design work is being handled by Stratem Design.

Once complete, the restaurant is expected to bring Domino’s signature menu of handcrafted pizzas, oven-baked sandwiches, wings, pasta, desserts and carryout and delivery services to the Yoakum community.

An official opening date has not yet been announced, and it remains unclear whether the location will include additional features beyond the standard Domino’s restaurant format.

What Now San Antonio reached out to the project team for additional information regarding the upcoming restaurant, including anticipated hiring plans, opening timeline and what customers can expect. This article may be updated as more information becomes available.
