A new pickleball complex is headed to Cedar Park, according to recent public records. ATX Pickleplex will be found at 501 Cypress Creek Road.
“New construction of a 47,500 SF indoor pickleball facility, including all associated site work and surface parking. The project includes pickleball courts, offices, locker rooms, and a food service component,” the construction notes state.
Readers should note that the facility will be run by local Bill Parodi.
Set to begin construction in September 2024, the Pickleplex is expected to end by late 2025, costing an estimated $8,000,000.
