According to public filings, UNLMTD Soccer, currently operating as Socceroof, plans to debut in Texas, with an Austin location at 10601 N. Lamar Blvd., Suite D. The projected opening is around November 2026. What Now Austin spoke to Pierre Cayet, Regional Texas Indoor Manager, who shared that the North Austin location was selected in part due to its proximity to Austin FC facilities.
Cayet noted that while interest in the sport has grown considerably in the region, available indoor options have not kept pace. “We thought that this area could provide that and bridge the gap and help the community have access to high-level indoor soccer facilities,” he told What Now Austin.
The model centers on field rentals for community use alongside in-house youth programming, catering to clubs, schools, and recreational players looking for a climate-controlled environment year-round. Cayet emphasized that the concept is designed to be accessible to a broad range of users, from competitive club teams looking for consistent training space to casual players who want to organize their own pickup games regardless of weather conditions outside.
The facility would span approximately 34,000 square feet and could offer a mix of indoor and outdoor fields. Indoor spaces may accommodate five-versus-five, six-versus-six, and four-versus-four formats, while an outdoor field could allow for larger nine-versus-nine play.
Founded in 2018, UNLMTD Soccer, currently operates around 10 facilities across New York, Montreal, Toronto, and Boston. The company is privately owned and not franchised. The Austin location would be part of a broader Texas expansion, the company recently signed a lease in North San Antonio as well, with Houston and Dallas potentially on the horizon depending on how the initial Texas locations perform.
