Following the concept’s successful debut at Time Out Market Boston in November 2024, the new Hub Hall outpost marks the next chapter for the fast-growing concept rooted in approachable Italian comfort food and chef-driven creativity.
Conceptualized by Brian Poe alongside Guillermo Guzman, POE-Lenta has quickly gained a loyal following for its playful yet technique-driven take on Italian café fare. The concept blends fresh pastas, sandwiches, salads, and seasonal specialties with bold flavors and elevated ingredients, all inspired by Poe’s signature approach to globally influenced comfort food.
