Boston Chef Brian Poe is continuing the expansion of his Italian café concept, POE-Lenta, with a new location now open at Hub Hall. Following the concept’s successful debut at Time Out Market Boston in November 2024, the new Hub Hall outpost marks the next chapter for the fast-growing concept rooted in approachable Italian comfort food and chef-driven creativity.

Conceptualized by Brian Poe alongside Guillermo Guzman, POE-Lenta has quickly gained a loyal following for its playful yet technique-driven take on Italian café fare. The concept blends fresh pastas, sandwiches, salads, and seasonal specialties with bold flavors and elevated ingredients, all inspired by Poe’s signature approach to globally influenced comfort food.

“At its core, POE-Lenta is about creating approachable food that still surprises people,” said Brian Poe in a statement. “The response at Time Out Market Boston showed us there’s a real appetite for this concept, and opening at Hub Hall felt like the natural next step as we continue to seek out future locations for POE-Lenta throughout Boston proper.”

Guests visiting the new Hub Hall location can expect menu favorites, including handcrafted sandwiches, POE-Lenta Fries, Lollipop chicken parm, fresh salads, rich pasta offerings, and can also find Chef Poe Tip Tap-ing his seasonal specials and wild game dishes like wild game bolognese and bison meatballs.
