Beach House Hilton Head Island, located in the heart of Coligny Beach, is completely transforming its 20,500 square-foot pool area amenities, including its iconic Tiki Hut beach bar. The renovation is scheduled to be completed by the start of this summer.
The updated space will include a new Tiki Hut bar, pool, cabanas, music stage, restrooms, kitchen and event pavilion, which hosts about 40 weddings per year.
The local favorite beachside, “barefoot bar” has been open since 1977. In addition to sand volleyball and live musical performances, the Tiki Hut also offers a variety of frozen beverages, hand-crafted cocktails, specialty margaritas, and smaller bites like buffalo chicken fries, coconut shrimp and sandwiches.
The Porch Southern Kitchen is also located inside of Beach House, offering breakfast, lunch, and supper daily, though no renovations have been planned for that space.
