Located at 1220 Ben Sawyer Blvd in Mount Pleasant, Spice Palette has made a name for itself offering contemporary Indian cuisine. Featuring a menu packed with Tandoor dishes, Biryanis, vegetarian options, and lots more, Spice Palette is a constant favorite for Indian food in the area.
“Our menu has been carefully crafted, with both traditional and modern favorites, along with a few surprises, to add a layer of dimension and bold flavor,” says the Spice Palette website. “Each item that is brought out on your table from our kitchen will be an explosion of colors, sounds, and rituals, creating a sumptuous feast of food to your meals. Choose from our wine list and sit back and relax with a glass of wine that will complement each and every dish. From the moment that you enter, our staff will make you feel welcomed.”
Now, Spice Palette is preparing to build on that reputation with a new location planned for Summerville’s Nexton community.
What Now confirmed news of the opening with a representative of Spice Palette on Friday. The representative said the opening is just a few months out.
The actual site of the Spice Palette location has not yet been released. A post on the Nexton website appears to place the restaurant, called “Spiced Palette,” at the Marketplace at Nexton. We’re thinking that’s the spot in question, despite the superfluous d in the name.
