With locations in Greensboro and Raleigh, ParTee Shack is preparing to bring “Mini Golf Reimagined” (and a lot more) to Charleston. Recent coverage by the Post and Courier places the planned location at the Festival Center in North Charleston.

“It’s our first location across state lines,” ParTee Shack CEO John Berger told What Now on Thursday. “We are going to have an indoor go-kart track with all electric cars, a kiddie track for kids aged 3-7, a full arcade with about 50 different arcade games and two 18-hole mini golf courses.”

ParTee Shack’s mini golf, which is designed in-house, raises the stakes of the game. Berger describes it as “challenge mini golf,” with built-in challenges both versus yourself and versus other players, that affect your way through the course.

The new ParTee Shack will feature Time Mission, “a first-of-its-kind interactive gaming destination where every visit is an adventure you design. Each location features 25+ immersive challenge rooms where teams climb, solve, dodge, and discover together in a choose-your-own-adventure format unlike anything else in live entertainment. Built for real-world, full-body gameplay, Time Mission brings people together through shared challenges of speed, strength, skill, and smarts.”

And, of course, the new ParTee Shack will feature the brand’s popular food and drink program, with beer, cocktails, appetizers, pizza, and more.
