Pizza lovers in Aiken will have a new spot to check out this summer.

Oh Yea Pizza, whose tagline is “We knead dough, you need pizza,” will open at 3553 Richland Ave., Suite 158, according to the shop’s Facebook page.

“We can’t wait to welcome you to Oh Yea Pizza and become your new favorite pizza spot in Aiken,” a post read.

The pizzeria will serve classic and specialty pizzas, as well as build-your-own options. Signature pies include the “Oh Yeah,” topped with pepperoni, Italian sausage, beef, bacon, ham, green peppers, mushrooms, black olives and onions; the “Greek,” featuring black olives, tomatoes, green peppers, red onion and feta; and a garlic butter shrimp pizza topped with mozzarella cheese.

Pizza will be available by the slice or as whole pies in 10-, 14-, 16-and 20-inch sizes. Gluten-free and keto-friendly cauliflower crust also will be available.

Beyond pizza, Oh Yea Pizza will serve strombolis, calzones, subs, an all-you-can-eat salad bar and crispy wings. The wings are fried before being finished in a wok for added crispness.

“That extra step allows the sauce to caramelize, cling to every wing, and develop a rich, smoky flavor while keeping the outside crispy and the inside juicy. It’s a technique inspired by Asian cooking that creates a bold flavor you simply can’t get by tossing wings in a bowl,” a post read.

Oh Yea Pizza plans to open in late July, with promotions and giveaways scheduled for the grand opening. Visit the website and follow along on Instagram and Facebook for the latest updates.
