According to Axios Charlotte’sInstagram post, the new location is expected to debut in November 2026, though the company has not yet announced an exact opening date or the restaurant’s specific space within the mall.

According to The Cheesecake Factory’s website, guests can expect a menu featuring more than 250 made-from-scratch selections, including appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, seafood, steaks, and desserts, as well as more than 30 varieties of the brand’s signature cheesecake.
