A new restaurant from the team at Adalina is bring a new steakhouse to the Fulton Market district.
It was recently announced that a new steakhouse called Adalina Prime will be opening at 360 N Green Street on the first floor. The building itself was developed by the Stirling Bay estate firm. This will be on Green Street’s “restaurant row” according to a recent press release.
“Adalina Prime is poised to become a magnetic dining destination, where exceptional services and a welcoming spirit meet,” said the press release.
According to an article from Crain’s Chicago Business, the opening is slated for late July. It will be a space for lunches, happy hours and private dinners. There is also expected to be an outdoor patio.
The project is being spearheaded by chef and partner Soo Ahn, who has been recognized for the Michelin-star restaurant Band of Bohemia and was Top Chef: Wisconsin in 2024. The menu has not been released but guests can expect prime steak, seafood, flame-kissed vegetables and other dishes with global themes. There is also expected to be an outdoor patio.
Other restaurants near the soon-to-be steakhouse include Recess, Guinness Open Gate Brewery, Ada Mediterranean restaurant and The Publican. For more information on the opening, visit their Instagram @adalinaprime.
