According to a recent tweet from B Talent, Petite Edith will soon debut in the River North area at 868 N Well Street.

“This fall, James Beard Award finalist Jenner Tomaska and partner Katrina Bravo, the husband-wife team behind Chicago’s acclaimed fine dining destination Esmé and its sister cocktail bar and restaurant Bar Esmé, will open a new concept in River North called Petite Edith [868 North Wells],” a representative of Petite Edith told What Now Chicago.

“The forthcoming restaurant will offer an approachable French bistro menu focusing on seafood. It is one of several new projects for the budding hospitality team as they grow their portfolio of restaurants. At the end of 2024, Tomaska and Bravo opened their first restaurant outside of Chicago, the Southern-inspired French bistro Byrdie’s in Louisville.”

“Chef Tomaska is also collaborating with Chicago’s Fifty/50 Restaurant Group to oversee food & beverage operations at The Alston, which will be a new luxurious steakhouse with French influences opening in spring 2025 on the third floor of One Chicago in Gold Coast.”
