Butler Hospitality, the New York-based hospitality company dedicated to the improvement of customer experience, will open a new restaurant in Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Downtown/River North, according to a liquor license application filed with the City of Chicago on December 8th.

Tim & Elio’s will open at 30 E. Hubbard Street on the hotel’s ground floor. The eatery is described as a New American diner and “the quintessential neighborhood staple.” There is no indication of when T & E will officially open, and at the time of publication, Butler Hospitality COO Darren Wan did not respond to requests for comment.

Butler Hospitality has been experiencing immense growth in recent months, according to a press release. The company raised over $30 million in investments to “continue building the next generation of hospitality solutions.” The company uses modern technology to improve guest experience. “Starting with Room Service and other antiquated hospitality traditions, leveraging technology and network effects, Butler believes in delivering premium guest experiences on-demand and at scale,” shares the release.

The hospitality company partners with hotel management companies to “transform loss-leading hotel restaurants into reliable, profit generators.” According to Butler’s website, the company incurs some of the costs and responsibilities of operating the restaurants in order to insulate the hotel partners from financial strain.

Keep an eye on T & E’s social media to find out just when you can try this profitable, neighborhood staple.
