DineAmic Hospitality, the group behind Prime & Provisions, Siena Tavern, Lyra, and more, is opening a new unnamed restaurant at 800 Fulton Market.
Very few details regarding the new restaurant have been revealed, but it will likely open sometime next summer, as first reported by Crain’s Chicago Business. The new restaurant will be split between the building’s first two floors, with the ground floor taking up 3,000 square feet of space, and the second floor occupying 7,500 square feet of space, according to a news release from Thor Equities, which is also the landlord for DineAmic’s Lyra. By the time this new restaurant opens, the restaurant group will have five other restaurants in the former meatpacking district.
DineAmic also plans to open its second Greek restaurant, Violi, in Oakbrook Center by Fall 2022. Next year, the Chicago-based restaurant group will also open Fioretta, a new Italian Steakhouse on Sangamon Street, with Michelin-starred “Top Chef” winner Michael Voltaggio running the kitchen. New restaurants aren’t the only specialty from the group, as they are also expanding Bar Siena, recently opening in Westfield Old Orchard and potentially opening in O’Hare Airport later this year.
“DineAmic Hospitality strives to develop innovative and enduring concepts in the hospitality industry by creating extraordinary experiences for our patrons,” according to the company’s website. “We are dedicated to creating venues that fundamentally appeal to a wide variety of guests while also being distinctively different from the proto-typical hospitality establishment. Our restaurants, bars, and related ventures raise industry standards with cutting edge concepts and mold-breaking designs, while also pioneering and shaping the future of the industry.”
