According to a press release sent to What Now Chicago, Yorktown Center will be hosting Empire Burgers + Brew’s second location at 203 Yorktown Shopping Center.
“Empire Burgers + Brew plans to open in the spring of next year. The craft burger shop is the latest from Empire Restaurant Group, a growing family-owned, Chicago suburb-based operation offering a variety of stylish, relaxed, and inviting options. Empire Burgers + Brew is the group’s flagship concept, with its first location opening in Naperville in 2016,” the press release states.
“Empire Burgers + Brew’s second location at Yorktown Center will reflect a similar, industrial-modern design with a retractable roof deck that can be enjoyed all year long. The all-ages hotspot will accommodate parties large and small and will feature a menu of craft burgers, specialty sandwiches, greens, small bites, and sweets. The libations program promises to be equally appealing, with a robust menu of wine, beer, and spirits, in addition to specialty, on-tap, and frozen cocktails.”
According to ERG’s company website, Empire Restaurant Group operates four downtown Naperville locations including The Northcott Liquorette, Hizemans Fine Athletic Establishment, the up-and-coming Cali’s Social Club, and our flagship restaurant – Empire Burgers + Brew.
