NYC-based fast-casual restaurant chain, Just Salad, celebrated the grand reopening of its Riverside Plaza location in Chicago. Formerly located at 10 South Riverside Plaza, the store closed during late 2022 due to renovations and has now reopened at 120 S. Riverside Plaza, Suite 120 to continue its history of serving customers in the neighborhood. The Riverside Plaza location is Just Salad’s 6th store in Chicago.

Just Salad is excited to reintroduce its mission of everyday health and sustainability to the Riverside Plaza community. Guests will be able to choose from over 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, soups and smoothies when visiting the new store. Specific menu highlights include Just Salad’s seasonal fall salads, fan-favorite Salads – the Crispy Chicken Poblano, Thai Chicken Crunch and Tokyo Supergreens – and Earth-Friendly salads with low carbon footprints. With Just Salad’s signature Reusable Bowl Program, guests are invited to join the company’s effort to reduce waste by purchasing a bowl in-store and will receive a free salad topping with every reuse.

To further incentivize healthy, climate-conscious food choices, Just Salad will be offering the following in-store promotions throughout this week as part of its Riverside Plaza Grand Reopening celebration:

  • Reusable Bowl Happy Hour: Just Salad will offer $8.99 salads and warm bowls for Reusable Bowl customers who order in-store on weekdays from 3pm – 6pm between Monday, November 11 – Friday, November 29.

Just Salad is located at 120 S Riverside Plaza, Suite 120, Chicago, IL 60606.
