According to a tweet from B Talent, Sip & Savor aims to expand with a new location at 230 W Monroe Street.

“Our goal is to open at the end of February or the middle of March 2025. Our customers can look forward to enjoying the best coffee and customer service on the planet,” founder and CEO Trez V. Pugh III told What Now Chicago.

“Our coffee is sourced from different parts of Africa (Cameroon, Uganda, Ethiopia, Tanzania) and we roast it ourselves. We will be offering exotic teas, delicious pastries, vegan options will be available along with a ton of Sip & Savor merchandise.”

“Our decor is classy and elegant, filled with breathtaking artwork, and soothing music. The space at Monroe will be multi-faceted. Customers can look forward to a host of programming events such as karaoke, brunches, private parties, and much more.”

“Sip & Savor was created with a simple but powerful purpose: to provide a space where coffee and community come together, and every visit is a celebration of connection, culture, and care. Founded in one of the most diverse and dynamic regions, Sip & Savor has grown into more than a coffeehouse—it’s a movement that brings people together, inspires conversations, and transforms the ordinary into something extraordinary.”

“Against all odds, Trez built this brand as a labor of love, crafting spaces where every person feels seen, valued, and welcomed. His unwavering belief in the power of community is evident in every detail of the Sip & Savor experience, from the quality of the coffee to the stories told through art and music that fill each location.”
