According to a recent permit filing, Sushi Taku Rotary has filed for a location in the Lincoln Park area at 935 W Webster Avenue.
A representative of Sushi Taku Rotary was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Chicago’s request.
While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the company’s website, “Welcome to STR, a new and exciting branch of the renowned Sushi Taku family, based in the heart of Chicago.”
