Recently, we covered Bonhomme Hospitality Group’s plans to open Bambola & Coquette this year at 1400 W. Randolph Street, a 282-foot mixed-use high-rise in Fulton Market housing the Parq Fulton Residencies.
The restaurant group helmed by Daniel Alonso, however, is not stopping there, reports Eater Chicago. Although details have not been released, a representative from the group shared with the publication plans to open two additional restaurants along the corridor.
The representative did not share the names of the restaurants that will follow Bambola & Coquette, however one of the two will also open at 1400 W. Randolph Street.The third concept will open on Randolph Street as well, however an address has not been announced.
Bonhomme Hospitality Group is based in Chicago and Santiago de Compostela, Spain. The development and management company has a portfolio of award-winning restaurants, bars, and lounges, including Chicago spots like Porto and Beatnik. The group’s website shares multiple projects will open in spring 2022 both in Chicago and Spain.
