Gas N Wash is moving forward with plans for a fourth Tinley Park location at 7201 191st St., on the southwest corner of 191st Street and Harlem Avenue.

The Tinley Park Village Board approved the project’s special-use ordinance during its August 5 meeting, allowing the gas station and car wash to move forward within the Brookside Creek Retail Center.

Plans call for 18 fueling stations and a 10,049-square-foot convenience store building with two food and beverage tenants. Each tenant would have counter service and a drive-thru, and both would share a small dining area. The building would also contain 1,939 square feet of in-line retail space.

The Brookside Creek site would bring Gas N Wash’s Tinley Park footprint to four locations. The company’s existing Harlem Avenue store is at 19420 S. Harlem Ave.

The family-owned company was founded in 2012 and currently operates 38 locations across Illinois. Its fuel and convenience stores operate 24 hours a day, while car wash hours vary by location.

The company has not announced a construction schedule or an anticipated opening date for the new Tinley Park location. Follow Gas N Wash on Instagram for future updates.
